Data Privacy Statement

PMI Colleges (PMI) acknowledges its responsibilities pursuant to Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its implementing rules and regulations pertaining to data processing from collection to destruction and further ensuring that all information of the data subjects are processed in adherence to the principles of transparency, legitimacy, and confidentiality.

PMI likewise recognizes the rights of the students, including but not limited to: the right to be informed; the right to seek clarification, correction and rectification of academic standing. The personal data obtained from the students is processed, entered, and stored indefinitely within the schools’ authorized systems and processes for documentation and program administration and will only be accessed and used by authorized personnel of PMI Colleges.

Declaration of Consent:

In view of the foregoing and in connection with my enrollment with PMI Colleges (PMI), I hereby give my consent to the school to collect, use, store, update or modify, process, disclose or share my personal data such as but not limited to the following sensitive personal information as requested by its proper authorities and subsidiaries.

• Educational records

Likewise giving my consent to PMI to share my personal data required by government agencies relative to my enrolment, graduation, and employment.

I submit this form giving my consent to PMI to have my photographs taken during school-organized events/activities. PMI may use these photographs for newsletter, email, communications, marketing and/or website publications, social media posts, yearbook, and for any other legitimate and legal purpose and intent of the school.
